Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
- To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories, paperwork, tags and related materials intact.
- If a item was advertised as new, it must be in unused.
- If a item was advertised as used, it must be returned in the same condition as was when shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Modified, Neglected or Abused
- Digital downloads and Content Subscriptions
- Used items sold “As-Is”, Clearance or final sale items unless specified otherwise within the item listing.
Return Process
- All returns require approval.
- To initiate a return, please Contact Me with your order details and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping
- My preferred return shipping provider is the United States Postal Service, using Priority Mail Flat Rate® Envelopes or Boxes.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or misrepresentation on my part.
- I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
