About This Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at bradhazel.com! I strive to ensure that your experience with me website is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To provide clarity and transparency, I’ve outlined my shipping policy here. Please take a moment to review the information below so you are fully informed before making a purchase.
Physical Goods
Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within twenty-four hours after receiving payment in full.
- Packages are generally handed over to the shipper within one to two business days after receiving payment.
Shipping Locations, Methods, Delivery Times and Tracking
- Shipping located within the continental United States Only. No International Shipping.
- Shipping is only available to the confirmed billing address associated with your payment method.
- Delivery to a Military Post Office (APO/FPO/DPO) location is available to Active duty military personnel only. You must contact me prior to purchase for per-approval otherwise your order will be auto-flagged as fraudulent and canceled.
- Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, using Priority Mail Flat Rate® Envelopes or Boxes.
- Priority Mail® services include free USPS Tracking®.
- Delivery time is an estimation only and it not guaranteed by me. Once I hand your package over, the shipper becomes the responsible party for the delivery and it’s success or failure. You can check delivery time estimates on the Priority Mail Delivery Map.
- Follow your packages progress at USPS Tracking® to see were it is and prepare for its arrival.
Shipping and Handling Fees, Insurance, and Extra Services
- I generally do not require handling fees unless you request something special or outside of the normal. You must contact me prior to purchase for approval if you have a special shipping request or your order may be canceled.
- Shipping fees are based on the Priority Mail Flat® Products list and are subject to change without notice.
- All priority mail packages are insured up to $100.00 USD in insurance.
Damaged & Defective
If your package or its contents arrive damaged please do the following;
- Please take a few photos at different angles showing the condition of the box your items were shipped in. Make sure that each photos is in focus and clearly depicts the damaged.
- Take additional photos at different angles showing the damage your items and it’s packaging received. Make sure that each photos is in focus and clearly depicts the damaged.
- Please contact me with a description of the damage and I will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
Digital Downloads
Order Processing Time
- Download requests are generally processed immediately after completing checkout (for free downloads) or when payment is received in full (for paid downloads).

- Your download will become available shortly after completing checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when ready.
- All digital downloads are delivered directly to and are available from the “Downloads” tab within your customer account. To access the download tab, Login to your customer account. Reefer to the “My Customer Account” help topic in the Help & Support section for detailed instructions.

Order Processing Time
- Subscription requests are generally processed immediately after completing checkout (for free content) or when payment is received in full (for premium content).
Shipping Methods, Locations and Delivery Times
- Shipping or handling charges do not apply to subscriptions services.
- Content will become available shortly after completing checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when access is granted.
- All subscriptions are delivered directly to and are available from the “Subscriptions” tab within your customer account. To access the subscription tab, Login to your customer account. Reefer to the “My Customer Account” help topic in the Help & Support section for detailed instructions.
