BradHazel.com has been through a few different lives over the years. It first came online in the early 2000’s and has slowly evolved alongside my own interests and experiences.
Back in the late 70’s and early 80’s, I was heavily involved in motocross racing. I was fortunate to be a respected above-average rider, and at one point I had hopes of turning professional. That chapter came to an unexpected and abrupt end near the end of the 1984 season.
In the 1990’s, as freestyle motocross (FMX) was starting to take shape, I found myself drawn back into that world again. Around the same time, the internet was exploding, and a lot of riders were building personal websites. I wanted one too.
That’s how BradHazel.com originally started, a place to showcase my riding and connect with potential sponsors in hopes of reviving a past passion. Over time, that path didn’t materialize the way I had hoped, and life naturally moved in a different direction.
As things changed, so did the site.
It gradually shifted away from motocross promotion and became a more general personal space focused on my work life, hobbies, and evolving interests. What started as a very specific goal eventually turned into a long-term digital home for documenting different chapters of my life.
Today, BradHazel.com continues to grow in that same spirit, less about a single purpose, and more about a collection of experiences, projects, and interests as they come and go over time.

Online Shop Featuring Specialty Products and Services
I began selling on eBay in the early 2000s. After years of selling two-way radios, radio accessories, and other emergency vehicle equipment, and completing hundreds of transactions, I eventually stopped listing items due to rising costs.
I’m happy to announce that 2026 brings a new, small, independently run, part-time online shop built around the hobbies I enjoy and work with. The shop will focus on niche and hard-to-find items, including new and used products, discontinued new old stock (NOS), and custom-made or one-of-a-kind pieces.
Continuing the focus on high customer service that helped build my strong eBay Feedback reputation, I will treat every customer with fairness, respect, and straightforward communications, just as I would expect to be treated myself.
