Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) govern registered user accounts and premium content subscriptions on BradHazel.com (“Site”). By creating an account or purchasing a product or membership, you agree to these Membership Terms, along with the Site Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Shop Policies.
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Membership Terms:
“Registered User” means any individual who creates a free account on BradHazel.com.
“Member” or “Premium Member” or “VIP Member” means a Registered User with an active paid premium content subscription.
“Membership” refers to the access privileges associated with a Registered User or Premium Member account.
“Premium Content” means content designated as members-only, including articles, videos, downloads, and other materials.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account or purchase a membership.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times.
BradHazel.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
3. Account Security & Credential Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication methods associated with your account.
You agree that:
Your account is for personal use only
You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your login credentials
You may not permit third parties to access Premium Content or membership benefits through your account
All activity occurring under your account is deemed your responsibility, whether authorized or unauthorized.
BradHazel.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without refund, if account sharing, credential misuse, or unauthorized access is suspected or confirmed.
You must promptly notify BradHazel.com of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.
4. Free Registered User Accounts
Registered Users may access limited Site features and selected free content.
Free registration does not grant access to Premium Content unless an active paid membership is in place.
5. Premium Content Memberships
5.1 Membership Plans & Billing
Premium memberships are currently offered as annual subscriptions with automatic renewal.
BradHazel.com may offer monthly payment plans in the future. Monthly and annual memberships provide the same access and benefits, differing only in payment structure.
Annual subscriptions may be offered at a reduced rate compared to monthly plans due to additional processing costs associated with recurring monthly billing.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file.
6. Payment Failures & Account Standing
If a scheduled membership payment (monthly or annual) fails, is declined, reversed, or otherwise not successfully processed, Premium Content access may be temporarily suspended.
During any period in which your account is not in good standing:
Access to Premium Content may be denied
Membership features and benefits may be restricted
Your account may remain active but limited
Access will be restored once the outstanding payment is successfully processed and your account returns to good standing.
BradHazel.com is not responsible for loss of access due to expired payment methods, insufficient funds, payment provider actions, or billing errors. Repeated or unresolved payment failures may result in cancellation or termination.
7. Cancellation & Termination
7.1 Member Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle the member to a refund for previously paid fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.2 Termination by BradHazel.com
BradHazel.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Registered User or Premium Member account, with or without notice and without refund, if it determines that the user has:
Violated these Membership Terms or other Site policies
Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity
Attempted to bypass access controls or payment systems
Shared account credentials or permitted unauthorized access
Interfered with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site
Membership access may be revoked immediately upon termination.
8. Content Use & Distribution Restrictions
All Site content, including Premium Content, remains the exclusive property of BradHazel.com or its licensors.
Membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Premium Content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Members may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, resell, license, or otherwise disseminate any membership content, in whole or in part, by any means, unless expressly authorized in writing by BradHazel.com.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
9. Modifications to Memberships
BradHazel.com reserves the right to modify membership features, benefits, content availability, or pricing for future billing cycles. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
10. Third-Party Services
Membership access, authentication, billing, and content delivery may rely on third-party platforms. BradHazel.com is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Membership content is provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, outcomes, or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BradHazel.com disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of membership content or services.
12. Legal Remedies
BradHazel.com reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations of these Membership Terms, including injunctive relief and damages.
13. Governing Law
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the United States in the Sate of Florida, County of Polk in which BradHazel.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes
BradHazel.com will update this Membership Terms & Conditions as necessary and maintain transparency with users. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the site.

This form is located in the Customer Dashboard and is the fastest way to resolve any issues. All communications submitted through this form receive priority handling and will get the fastest response. I always strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
