These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) govern registered user accounts and premium content subscriptions on BradHazel.com (“Site”). By creating an account or purchasing a product or membership, you agree to these Membership Terms, along with the Site Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Shop Policies.
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Membership Terms:
“Registered User” means any individual who creates a free account on BradHazel.com.
“Member” or “Premium Member” or “VIP Member” means a Registered User with an active paid premium content subscription.
“Membership” refers to the access privileges associated with a Registered User or Premium Member account.
“Premium Content” means content designated as members-only, including articles, videos, downloads, and other materials.
- “Access” or “Accessed” means viewing, streaming, opening, downloading, or otherwise making Premium Content available through an authenticated member account.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account or purchase a membership.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times.
BradHazel.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
3. Account Security & Credential Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication methods associated with your account.
You agree that:

You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your login credentials
You may not permit third parties to access Premium Content or membership benefits through your account
BradHazel.com may maintain logs relating to account authentication, content access, video engagement, downloads, and other membership activity for security, fraud prevention, account administration, and evaluation of refund requests.
BradHazel.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without refund, if account sharing, credential misuse, or unauthorized access is suspected or confirmed.
You must promptly notify BradHazel.com of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.
4. Free User Accounts
Free User Accounts may access selected Site features, participate in community discussions where available, and access content or downloads designated for Free Users.
A Free User Account does not grant access to Member-Only Content or other benefits reserved for active paid memberships.
5. Premium Content Memberships
5.1 Membership Plans & Billing
Premium memberships provide access to members-only content for the purchased membership period.
As of July 1, 2026, all premium content memberships are sold as non-recurring 12-month memberships and do not automatically renew.
BradHazel.com may offer different membership durations or payment options in the future. Any changes to membership plans, pricing, or payment structures will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Memberships provide access to premium content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Access will continue through the end of the purchased membership period unless otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Membership Renewal
Current memberships do not automatically renew at the end of the membership period. When a membership expires, access to premium members-only content will end unless the member chooses to manually purchase a new membership.
5.3 Legacy Automatic Renewal Memberships
If you purchased your membership before July 1, 2026, your membership may have been configured with automatic renewal.
If you do not wish for your membership to renew automatically, please contact me within 7 days before your scheduled renewal date, and I will cancel the automatic renewal.
If you miss the cancellation window before your renewal date, you may request cancellation within 30 days after the renewal date. If you have not accessed any premium membership content after the renewal payment was processed, I will cancel the membership and issue a refund in accordance with these Membership Terms & Conditions.
6. Payment Failures & Account Standing
If a scheduled membership payment (monthly or annual) fails, is declined, reversed, or otherwise not successfully processed, Premium Content access may be temporarily suspended.
During any period in which your account is not in good standing:
Access to Premium Content may be denied
Membership features and benefits may be restricted
Your account may remain active but limited
Access will be restored once the outstanding payment is successfully processed and your account returns to good standing.
BradHazel.com is not responsible for loss of access due to expired payment methods, insufficient funds, payment provider actions, or billing errors. Repeated or unresolved payment failures may result in cancellation or termination.
7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of Premium Content, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests may be denied if Premium Content has been accessed, viewed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed after purchase.
BradHazel.com reserves the right to review account activity, including successful logins, access to protected content, video engagement, and download activity, when evaluating refund requests.
Approved refunds are granted solely at the discretion of BradHazel.com unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Cancellation & Termination
8.1 Member Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time in My Dashboard.
Early cancellation will terminate your access to all premium content but does not entitle the member to a refund for previously paid fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
8.2 Termination by BradHazel.com
BradHazel.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Registered User or Premium Member account, with or without notice and without refund, if it determines that the user has:
Violated these Membership Terms or other Site policies
Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity
Attempted to bypass access controls or payment systems
Shared account credentials or permitted unauthorized access
Interfered with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site
Membership access may be revoked immediately upon termination.
9. Content Use & Distribution Restrictions
All Site content, including Premium Content, remains the exclusive property of BradHazel.com or its licensors.
Membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Premium Content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Members may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, resell, license, or otherwise disseminate any membership content, in whole or in part, by any means, unless expressly authorized in writing by BradHazel.com.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
10. Modifications to Memberships
BradHazel.com reserves the right to modify membership features, benefits, content availability, or pricing for future billing cycles. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
11. Third-Party Services
Membership access, authentication, billing, and content delivery may rely on third-party platforms. BradHazel.com is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Membership content is provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, outcomes, or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BradHazel.com disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of membership content or services.
13. Legal Remedies
BradHazel.com reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for violations of these Membership Terms, including injunctive relief and damages.
14. Governing Law
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the United States in the State of Florida, County of Polk in which BradHazel.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes
BradHazel.com will update this Membership Terms & Conditions as necessary and maintain transparency with users. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
You are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
16. Contact
For questions regarding your membership, billing, or account access, you can submit a Support Request Form. This form is located in the My Dashboard and is the fastest way to resolve any issues. All communications submitted through this form receive priority handling and will get the fastest response. I always strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
