Understanding Download Access and Download Indicators
Simple step-by-step guides and solutions to common visitor issues...
Overview
This website provides different types of downloadable content. Depending on the type of content and your account access, downloads may be available to everyone, available only to members, or unavailable.
Download access is identified using buttons, icons, and download lists displayed throughout the website.
Understanding these indicators will help you quickly determine whether a file is available and what action may be required to access it.
Download Access Types
To provide the best experience for visitors, registered users, and members, downloads on BradHazel.com are organized into three access levels.
Each download will clearly indicate the type of access required before you attempt to download it.
1. Public Downloads
No account required
Public Downloads are available to everyone. These files are intended to provide helpful resources, examples, and information that can be accessed without creating an account.
Public Downloads may include:
General reference materials
Basic resources and guides
Sample files
Information intended for the broader community
Simply locate the download and click the download link.
2. Free Account Downloads
Free account registration required
Some downloads require a free user account before they can be accessed.
Creating a free account helps provide additional features while allowing me to offer more valuable resources to registered users.
A free account allows you to:
Access downloads reserved for registered users
Participate in site discussions and comments
Maintain your download history where available
Receive important site updates and announcements
Creating an account is free and does not require a paid membership.
If you see a download marked Free Account Required, simply create your free account or log in to continue.
3. Paid Member Downloads
Active membership required
Some downloads are created specifically for supporting members and require an active membership.
These downloads may include:
Detailed project files
Specialized resources
Expanded guides and reference materials
Additional content created as a benefit of membership
Paid members can access these downloads through the appropriate Member Hub after logging into their account.
Membership provides access to additional resources while helping support the continued development of new content, guides, and projects.
4. Purchased Downloads
Purchased downloads are digital products available for purchase through the Shop only. A membership is not required to purchase these products.
If you have an active membership, you may be eligible for member-exclusive discounts on qualifying downloads. Before making your purchase, visit the Member Specials section of the appropriate Member Hub to view products currently available at discounted member pricing.
After completing your purchase, your download will be available in the My Dashboard page located under the Downloads tab. Depending on the product, a download link may also be included in your purchase confirmation email.
For your security, purchased downloads may be protected using secure download links. These links may have download limits or expiration dates as part of the file protection system.
If you are unable to access a purchased download, first confirm that you are logged in using the same account that was used to complete the purchase. If the problem persists, please submit a Support Request for assistance.
How Do I Know Which Access Level Applies?
Each download page will identify the required access level:
Public Download: Available to everyone.
Free Account Download: Requires a free registered account.
Member Download: Requires an active paid membership.
Paid Downloads: Only listed and sold inside the Shop.
If you encounter a download that requires access you do not currently have, you will be provided with information about the available options.
